No couple is the same. There is no set in stone way for me to capture your wedding or elopement day. Instead we create what fits to who you two are and the best way to document your love story. These packages are only an outline of what I have done with couples in the past. Creating your own package is always an option. Together we will all discuss what matters most to the two of you and curate the perfect fit. I chat with each and every couple before booking to learn more about the day(s) and their story. These are low stress just getting to know each other chats. I’ll also just offer any advice or insight I may have, or ideas that arise as we talk! Sometimes it is best to just talk through your thoughts with someone who is in this industry. You might hear something you didn’t know was an option before!

Lets meet up! I would love to go out with the two of you and chat about the big day. Each day is unique, there is never a one size fits all for anyone. If you two aren't available to meet in person, a zoom together is just as perfect.
After all the planning and emotions, I will show up and be there for the two of you. I believe that I am not just a photographer on the big day. I am your supporter, there for all those special moments, and ready to tackle anything that arises. As a stage manager in a past life, multi-tasking.
When you get your full gallery, don't just open it willy nilly. Make it an experience. Pop open a bottle of wine, get some popcorn, and put the photos up on the big screen. When I deliver the gallery, you'll have the option to do a slideshow. From there, you can download your gallery, which I highly recommend! That way you can save and store them forever for yourselves.

Long gone are the days of family sessions of everyone wearing matching jeans and white tees!!! My approach to these sessions is one of capturing you all as a family as you are with none of the nonsense of feeling not yourself or uncomfortable. Of course we get the Christmas card photo, but we don't have to do the fake smiling poses the whole time. Included in the packages is a full outfit guide. Not only will I help you on what to wear, but I will send inspiration for hair & makeup(if applicable), and how to get ready for your session the weeks and days before. I will help you with color palettes, or if this pattern will look good. All the stress and questions you have will be lifted off your shoulders.

Photographing creative portraits is how I began in photography so it will always be near and dear to my heart. These sessions are fantastic for those just because shoots! Or, if you are a musician, creating your album covers and promotion shoots- this is where you want to begin.

Frequently Asked Questions
A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date on the calendar. For bookings, please contact me via email: trinity@trinityrosephotography.com. I can't hold the date for anyone. To be fair to everyone, I accept bookings on a first come and first serve basis. A date cannot be held without a deposit and signed contract. That being said, book ahead before I am no longer available on that date!
There is a ten to twelve week window to edit all the photos and send them to you. Sometimes this can be more or less depending on the season. However, you will be informed about the timing in advance.
3. Do you offer engagement sessions along with wedding photography packages? When should we take ours?

I do not offer an engagement session with every offer but it is available as an add-on!!! I absolutely encourage you to do your engagement session as soon as possible. The latest I suggest is at least 16-20 weeks prior to the wedding date due to the time necessary to post produce each image and complete your product order(s). As well as deliver any save-the-dates you will need to send out to your family and friends. Do not let this discourage you however from booking an engagement session. I believe these should be done no matter how close we are to your date! Another option is using the session after your wedding and traveling to somewhere to photograph you & your love in some epic location in your wedding outfits. If you do not wish to utilize your complimentary engagement session, it does not alter the price of your package.
Once delivered, you have the rights to do whatever you would like with the photographs. I do, however, ask for credit by name for any that use my work for any public or marketing purposes. However, I also do have ownership to use the photos for marketing purposes in my business, which will be listed in your contract.
5. Are you available for destination weddings, and how do you handle travel and accommodation?

Yes! I love traveling. I’ve been across the West Coast, and all the way to Hawai’i photographing weddings & elopements of all sorts. Just make sure to communicate with me all the details and travel plans, and I will create a custom wedding collection to meet your needs.

The first few packages comes with one photographer, although you can always ask for the second photographer for an additional cost. Higher end & full day coverage does include two photographers.
Upon receiving your photos, you will get a full print release where you can print your photos yourself. Once you receive your online gallery, you’ll see an option to print photos through my platform and directly order them to your door! When couples choose to print through me, I go through every extra care & precaution by working with a trusted lab to ensure your prints come out perfectly!

You can expect a minimum of 80-100 photos an hour, however each wedding day is different and in my business I do not work within a maximum of photos.
No. I provide only photo service. I do however offer a list of some of my favorite friends and vendors across the world that are videographers.
Yes! With the diversity of weddings, it’s difficult to pinpoint an exact wedding photography timeline template. However, there are ideal time frames you should consider when planning your day. Some of these times may seem long on paper but keep in mind that 1) the day will fly by, 2) most weddings run slightly behind schedule, and 3) I will always make the photos fun and upbeat, so it won’t seem like a long time.
The raw, unedited files aren't available for purchase. These are unfinished work, and don't reflect the standards I hold in my business. Do not stress though, that any of images that are not delivered, are outtakes! I included images that are selected for editing and final delivery. Every image you receive has been hand picked and edited one at a time.
Absolutely not. While posing may seem absolutely terrifying, you do not need to know a thing. I will pose you, I will direct you, and most importantly I let you have fun and be comfortable with it. Along with coaching you through the poses, I'll also get down on the ground with you and show you how! Running around and goofing around to music are the best moments. I want you and the love you have to shine, so I aspire to create and capture the most authentic photos. Ones that make you go, "wow, that's. us"
